What does the free trial include?
14 days with 3 customer users, 1 WhatsApp number and 1 GB storage. Your trial begins when your workspace is ready. No card is required.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Messaging uses Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Connect your Meta business account and phone number; SMSFlow can help with setup.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
This depends on how your number is registered and Meta’s requirements. Contact SMSFlow before migrating or disconnecting an existing number.
Are WhatsApp messages included?
Your subscription covers the managed workspace. Meta / WhatsApp usage charges are separate; optional AI providers may have their own charges.
What happens after the trial?
Your workspace pauses and its data is retained. Choose a paid plan to continue with the same workspace. No subscription payment is collected automatically during the trial.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Schedule a plan change for your next billing date, subject to usage and capacity. Cancellation stops future renewal; your paid period continues to its end. Your data is retained.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Add a subdomain, verify ownership with DNS and point it to your workspace. We provide the records and check the setup.
